Reconciliation
Estimated vs authoritative cost with variance — watching real-time estimates get proven against provider invoices.
The reconciliation view shows the daily join between what telemetry estimated and what provider invoices say — the mechanism explained in estimated vs authoritative cost. This page outlines the section; it will be expanded as the view evolves.
What it shows
Reconciliation runs and their coverage: which spans matched an invoice line item and graduated to reconciled, the variance between estimated and invoiced cost per provider and model, and cost still awaiting invoice data (authoritative data lands roughly 24–72 hours behind). Allocated cost appears with its own distinct reconciled-by-allocation state — it never renders as span-matched reconciled.
Questions it answers
How accurate are my real-time estimates? How much of my spend is proven versus estimated versus allocated? Did a provider's invoice diverge from what we measured — and where?
Main interactions
Drill from a variance figure down to the spans and invoice line items behind it; filter by provider, model, feature, and cost basis; track estimate accuracy over time.
