Onboarding takes you from a fresh account to telemetry in the dashboard. This page outlines each step; it will be expanded with walkthrough detail as the flow settles.
Creating your organization
Signing up at app.radicas.io creates your organization — the tenant that owns all your data. One account can belong to several organizations; data never crosses between them.
Inviting your team
Invite colleagues by email from the organization settings. Roles and what each can do are covered in members and roles.
Your first ingest key
Onboarding issues your first ingest API key and shows it with copy-ready setup snippets. Keys stay retrievable afterwards — see API keys.
First data
The onboarding wizard walks through connecting an agent — the same path as the developer quickstart. Once spans arrive, your service appears in the fleet view; if nothing shows up, the ingest status checker tells you why.
